PropertyDispatch is an independent UK property information website.

What data we collect

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name. This data is stored by Brevo (Sendinblue), our email service provider, on servers within the EU. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

Legal basis

Newsletter subscription is processed on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give consent by completing the double opt-in signup process.
